The 4th annual Patriot Days is this weekend at Yellow Creek park. It's a celebration of the Constitution of the United States and the principles behind it. And, a celebration of Kentucky's role in it, especially this area.  More about that in a moment, but here is the best part: A Buffalo Dinner! No, not buffalo style wings --a real buffalo. I've had it before, it is lean and delicious.  It is pit-smoked and served with roasted rosemary potatoes, corn on the cob and all the trimmings. Randy Lanham and his band will provide live music! It is sponsored by the folks at Champion Ford-Lincoln-Mazda. The dinner is Friday night and reservations must be made by calling 270-926-1100 or go here to their Facebook page. Adults, $25, children 8 and under $10. Now, more on Saturday's fun.Colonial Games
