Three years ago, the building that houses The Crowne was auctioned off in downtown Owensboro. Use of the space has changed over the years, but next week, a very special grand opening will bring a new service to downtown.

River Valley Behavioral Health is a Kentucky-designated regional Community Mental Health Center based in Owensboro that offers behavioral health services, substance use treatment, and intellectual and disabilities services to adults, children, adolescents, and their families.
