Steve Harvey Motivational Speech – “Jump”

Steve Harvey says after each taping of the Family Feud he likes to stay behind and talk to his crowd for a few minutes.  Recently he stayed behind on set and talked about something he says "Everyone that is successful in life has had to jump at one point in their life."  This is an awesome speech. 

He does release a little disclaimer with this speech.  He says that when you jump it might not always work out and you can get hurt time and again but sooner or later something will happen that will make your dreams come true.
