Did your home or business suffer from flooding or hail damage when severe storms swept through the area in July? Time is running out to submit an application for a disaster loan in Kentucky.

The U.S. Small Business Administration "wants to remind businesses of all sizes, private nonprofit organizations, homeowners, and renters in Kentucky of the deadline to submit disaster loan applications for damages caused by the severe storms, torrential rains, tornadoes, severe wind, hail and flooding on July 3-9, 2016. The deadline to submit applications for physical damage is Nov. 21, 2016."

Applicants may apply online using the Electronic Loan Application (ELA) via SBA’s secure website at https://disasterloan.sba.gov/ela.
Disaster loan information and applications may also be obtained by calling the SBA’s Customer Service Center at 1-800-659-2955 (1-800-877-8339 for the deaf and hard-of-hearing), or by emailing disastercustomerservice@sba.gov.
