Strong Winds Damages Homes in Newburgh and Across the Tri-State

Several homes along Peachtree Street in Downtown Newburgh were damaged by a possible tornado around 6 a.m.

Miraculously, no injuries were reported. Lots of trees and wires are down and officials are asking you to stay away from Newburgh at this time.

Houses were also reported damaged along Whittaker street. Downtown has some trees down, signs on the ground but no injuries.

Other tornado warnings were issued all over the tri-state area including Owensboro and Daviess county.
