The Kyle Whitaker Band needed a wild card to get into the finals of The Battle for The Big O, but Saturday night they showed up ready to win the whole thing.  And they nearly did.  Check out their awesome performance of Randy Houser's "How Country Feels!"

And this is one of the songs that helped them clinch victory!  Check out Blackford Creek in action in the finals of the 2013 Battle for The Big O presented by Henderson Chevy Buick GMC and CBS 44.  This is an original song that they opened their competition set with.  The crowd and our Battle judges LOVED it!  We think you will too . . .

The 2013 Battle for The Big O is in the books and Saturday night's finale featured twelve incredibly talented acts battling for $1,000 and the right to open the 2013 Bath Fitter Big O Music Festival.  Watch as we reveal our 3rd place winners, our runners-up and the grand champion.  This is exciting!!

I had the pleasure of interviewing Jake Owen this past week. We talked about his recent finger injury, the Number 1 celebration party that drew 20,000 fans to Nashville and his upcoming show at The Big O Music Fest. The main thing I took from this interview is how much Jake loves and appreciates life and how much fun we're going to have next Saturday at the Big O!

Justin Moore is quickly becoming one of my favorite current country music artists! And, I can bet that after you listen to this interview with him, he'll be one of yours too!
