1 week from today it's the 45th Annual CMA Awards Show live from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN Wednesday, November 9th 7p -10p Central Time. "Footloose" was a smash hit back in 1984 for Kenny Loggins and the re-make by Blake Shelton is racing up the charts. Kenny Loggins will join Blake for the opening song of the CMA Awards Show next Wednesday night!
