A couple months ago, ‘Dancing with the Stars‘ announced an upcoming all-star season in which they’d bring back contestants from years past to compete for ultimate bragging rights (and, we assume, a moon-sized mirrorball trophy). Now we know who those celeb dancers will be.
There’s usually a thick blanket of anxiety that sweeps over contestants and audience members alike when the results portion of the show comes about. Nobody likes seeing their favorites go home, but in this particular results episode of ‘Dancing with the Stars,’ we’re seeing a double elimination. Ouch. Not fun.

Monday marks the start of the 14th season of Dancing With The Stars and twelve new hopefuls are ready to suit up and Tango it out for a shot at the show's mirror ball trophy. As usual, the list of "stars" is debatable and all over the place, so I decided to sort through it and give you a handy-dandy viewer's guide to the new season. Who will be this year's Michael Bolton (bless his heart) and who will be ready to "burn the floor"?
We started out 10 weeks ago with 12 couples. A few shocking eliminations later, it was down to three: Rob Kardashian and Cheryl Burke, J.R. Martinez and Karina Smirnoff, and Ricki Lake and Derek Hough.
So who took home the big prize of that shiny mirrorball trophy?
On Monday, after more than two months of competition, Finals Night was upon us. Whee!
All three remaining couples performed two routines — a regular dance and the beloved “freestyle” dance, where there are no rules and everyone just gets to have some fun for a change.
