Technology has brought with it the possibility of identity theft, which runs rampant in the U.S. Experts say don't help the bad guys by carrying these items on you.

Over the weekend, it was reported the My Fitness Pal app was faced with a massive security breach of its over 150 million users; the same fate has possibly befallen Panera Bread customers.

That's right!  Be careful what you post on Facebook, that is something I tell my kids all the time! Don't put cell phone numbers or any personal information on Facebook, you never know who's on the other end.  Everyone be safe on-line and if you have not yet done so "like" us on our WBKR Facebook page...

This video actually gave me some great tips as well on how to wipe out your old data stored in your old cell phone in case you get rid of it.
