Hey, Y'all Angel here, and today I am throwing it way back to when I was a kid and momma and I would make homemade popsicles in Tupperware molds.
I found my momma's molds the other day and showed the kids. I thought they wouldn't think they were very cool but literally since we made our first set of popsicles they have been making new ones each night when they get home...
Anyone here remember the term "physical challenge"? One of the most popular game shows for kids not to mention a bona fide hit for cable channel Nickelodeon is returning to the airwaves this summer...Double Dare!
Having a good breakfast in the morning got you ready for the day! Sadly many of our favorite sugary cereals have gone away. Let’s take a walk down memory lane and reminisce.
In honor of Throwback Thursday you all have to check out the WBKR baby tee that my mom gave my boys in the early 2000's. All my kids have been able to wear it~
Who remembers Showbiz Pizza Place at Towne Square North here in Owensboro? It's funny. I barely remember what the pizza tasted like. But I remember virtually everything about the real stars of that restaurant. Do you remember the Rock-afire Explosion? Check this out!
I bet you never knew I was Sleeping Beauty, apparently neither did I. I will never know how my Dad managed to snap this because I have always been an extremely light sleeper. And I remember that book, it was a 'Mad' Magazine anthology, and I was obsessed with it for a while. Who knows? Let's take a look at some other random moments.
Game over? I think not. One of my good friends posted a link to my Facebook page about a site that includes over 900 vintage video games you can play on your computer, for FREE! Where?!?
Ready for another "Throwback Thursday"? This time, I am sharing pictures of the days I worked in Rock radio, as yes, Leona. I'm still shocked to this day at how many people remember me and and they remember my voice. Needless to say, I'm flattered, and I'm pretty happy I was able to get a couple of good pictures and experiences out of it.
It's been a while since I posted an old photo. Well, if you check out my show page, there's an old one there, but back to the issue at hand. Let me start by saying, believe it or not, I'm not inebriated in this picture. I was hanging out with some of my best friends in Bowling Green a couple of years ago and I decided to take advantage of a song that came on during our little party.
All right, I'm finally giving into the "Throwback Thursday" madness with a photo essay. These are going to kind of be in random order, but I'd say the oldest I am in the pictures is 4 or 5. Let's do it.
