Authorities have arrested two people in connection with the disappearance of Joelle Lockwood of Evansville.  Lockwood was last seen July 9th in Evansville near Park and Florida Streets, but was found yesterday in Posey County, where authorities say she was being held captive, caged, in a mobile home.

37-year-old Ricky Roy House, Jr. and 44-year-old Kendra Tooley are charged with criminal confinement and rape.  The two are due in court on preliminary charges Monday, September 8th.

Lockwood is one of a handful women from the tristate area who have disappeared and have been reported missing in recent years.  While she has been found alive, search efforts for others, including Kristy Kelley of Boonville and Megan Nichols of Fairfield, continue.
