Wanna Compete in the Owensboro Dragon Boat Festival?

It's back!  The Owensboro Dragon Boat Festival returns to the Owensboro riverfront on Saturday, August 4th.  And team registration is currently underway.  Round up your friends, start training, and get ready to row, row, row your dragon boat . . . quickly down the stream!  This year's festival promises to be even more exciting than last year's inaugural event and we encourage you to be a part of the action.

Team registration is currently underway at OwensboroDragonBoat.com and the registration fee is $700 per team.  This year, there are three divisions: competitive, recreational, and women's.  And it really does "take a village" to row a dragon boat.  Each team will have 21 members in the boat rowing for glory! 

And these folks have certainly tasted that glory!  This is Bicycle Owensboro, the defending champions at the event!
