Which One of These Two is More Like A Psychopath?

Moon Mullins (deejay) or Bruce Pierce (computer geek)?

According to an article I read this morning, it’s me!

In fact, on the list of the top ten professions that include psychopaths mine is #3! Let’s she where you are.First, let’s define what is meant by psychopath. It doesn’t necessarily make you Norman Bates.

“Psychopathy is a personality disorder that has been variously described as characterized by shallow emotions (in particular reduced fear), stress tolerance, lacking empathy, cold heartedness, lacking guilt, egocentricity, superficial char, manipulativeness, irresponsibility, impulsivity and antisocial behaviors such as parasitic lifestyle and criminality”.

The top ten are (drum roll, please)

  1. CEO
  2. Lawyer
  3. Media Person (Radio/TV)
  4. Sales Person
  5. Surgeon
  6. Journalist
  7. Police Officer
  8. Clergyperson
  9. Chef
  10. Civil Servant

See, no computer geek listed. Are you?

Well, maybe you’ll make the bottom ten, or the good fellows.

  1. Care Aide
  2. Nurse
  3. Therapist
  4. Craftsperson
  5. Beautician/Stylist
  6. Charity Worker
  7. Teacher
  8. Creative Director
  9. Doctor
  10. Accountant

There you have it. And, no postal workers mentioned either. Is your profession not included? Well, don’t go psycho!
