25th Christmas Wish Toy Run Hits the Road November 10

I say it every year. Once we get to September 1st, the last four months just fly by and Christmas is here before you know it. But Christmas Wish gets here a lot quicker.

And here it is mid-October in the blink of an eye and we're already less than a month away from the 25th Annual Christmas Wish Toy Run.

It's the silver anniversary. 25 years! Hard to believe.

The Toy Run always makes for an exciting day here in Owensboro, and the 25th annual drive should be no exception. If you would like to participate in the Toy Run, here are some things you need to know.

The Toy Run will begin at American Legion Post #9 across from Smothers Park in downtown Owensboro. Registration is from 10:30AM to 12PM. Bikes will leave at 12:15PM. The final stop will be Maloney's on 54 where there will be a silent auction, raffle, and so much more. If you bring a new unwrapped toy, you will receive 5 free raffle tickets.

Plus, don't forget about the after-party at 7PM at the American Legion Post. You must be 18 or older and have a valid ID to enter.

The Christmas season will soon be upon us, and there isn't a better way to kick it off than with the 25th Annual Christmas Wish Toy Run!
