Amye Pederson is a former Ohio County resident. She and her family are military and stationed in San Antonio, Texas. Their son Brock is in long-term care at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston and is in need of a bone marrow transplant.
The local homeless shelters are often at capacity. The winter months have them packed to the brim with families, individuals, and children. This creates a long list of items needed and you can help fill that need.
Owensboro Christian always does amazing things to help our community. With the Christmas season upon us, they are helping hardworking parents that might not otherwise be able to provide for their children, give Christmas morning smiles!
