Christmas Wish Has a New Home + Wish Letters Open Soon

As the 49th season of Christmas Wish approaches (can you believe it?!), we’re gearing up for another magical year and answering your most-asked questions to help get ready for the holidays! From how to submit a Wish Letter to where to volunteer, what to donate, and even details on our brand-new location, we’ve got you covered. Last year, thanks to your incredible generosity, 1,946 families were helped. Nearly 8,000 kids woke up to gifts under the tree, and more than 50,000 gifts were distributed. What will this year bring? We can't wait to find out!

New Season, New Space!

For the past several years, Christmas Wish has called the former Shoe Stop location home, and let me tell you, we filled every single inch of that 10,000 square foot space with Christmas magic. But this year, we’re moving just two doors down, to a space that’s much bigger and so needed. We’re beyond excited to announce that our new Christmas Wish headquarters will be in the former Big Lots location at Towne Square North! What an unbelievable blessing. We want to give a huge shout-out and heartfelt THANK YOU to the owners and stores at Towne Square North for their amazing generosity and continued support of our mission. We truly couldn’t do this without you!

The Christmas Wish office will open to the public on Monday, December 1st. We're open Monday through Friday from 9 AM until 6 PM and Saturday from 11 AM until 4 PM.

Wish Letter Submissions Open Soon!

Starting Saturday, November 1st, through November 29th, you’ll be able to submit your Christmas Wish letters. If you or your family is in need this holiday season, our Christmas Wish elves are ready to step in and help make your Christmas sparkle. Keep an eye on WBKR.com and the WBKR app. The submission form will go live soon, and we’ll be standing by to help every step of the way!

Want to Help? Come Volunteer with Us!

Spreading holiday cheer with Christmas Wish is one of the most rewarding ways to give back, and it might just become your favorite new tradition. Whether you're a business, school group, or family looking to make a difference, we’ve got plenty of ways to get involved. You can help fill Wish Letters, organize donations, and so much more. There’s something for everyone, and we promise you’ll leave with a full heart. We start accepting volunteers on Monday, November 10th.

Donate & Make a Difference

We gladly accept toy donations of all kinds. Every single item helps! With nearly 8,000 kids from babies to teens, we truly need it all. You can also drop off checks or cash (we’ll put it to good use!) or donate through PayPal if that’s easier. Christmas Wish runs on a tiny budget, just $500 to $800 a year, so your support is everything. Every dollar stays local and goes straight to helping families.
