Excitement has been building for the Truckers Helping Hands Chrome and Lights Truck Show which gets underway this afternoon, Friday, August 20th, 2021 at 4 PM and Saturday, August 21st, 2021 at 10 AM. This annual event helps many area charities so not only will it be a great time, but the funds raised with help those most in need in the community. It's time to show off your semis, vintage trucks, pickups, and motorcycles. Many custom-crafted awards are up for grabs!

Truckers Helping Hands

Truckers Helping Hands Inc. is a Charitable Organization headquartered in Corydon, KY. There's a small admission fee to the events this weekend to help those in need. It's $10 per day, $15 for the weekend, and children 12 and under are free. Funds raised will help area non-profit organizations.

Saturday is going to be jammed packed with fun for the entire family starting at 10 AM! A bike show is planned, truck rodeo, a semi pull, and more. Maggie Hollis will play live music starting at 6:30 PM. She is such a talented young lady and will bring sass and energy to the stage.

Using data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (released in April 2020), we analyzed the average price for a gallon of unleaded regular gasoline from 1976 to 2020 along with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for unleaded regular gasoline from 1937 to 1976, including the absolute and inflation-adjusted prices for each year.
