If you can support the military 110%, then I absolutely do. I remember Trisha Yearwood saluting servicemen at the Garth Brooks concert in Nashville back in December. And she saluted them for "having the courage to do what we can't." Amen. So it's terrific to see  Music City turning out once again for the men and women fighting for us "over there."

On February 15th, the Grand Ole Opry will play host to "Ron White's Celebrity Salute to the Troops." It will be taped for CMT and will be aired at a later date.  Proceeds will benefit the Armed Forces Foundation, an organization that performs many extraordinary services for our veterans. Among the many talents on the Opry stage that night will be comedian Lewis Black, a recent addition to the line-up. I recently had the  good fortune to interview Lewis on the air about the event:
