Daviess County Relay For Life 2013 Schedule [Video]

The Daviess County Relay For Life is coming up Friday, May 17th at Diamond Lake Campground and Resort.  The event begins at 6pm and continues through 6am, Saturday the 18th.  This is my fourth year as Relay Chairperson in Daviess County and this is our fourth consecutive year at Diamond Lake.  And we are thrilled with this year's list of special guests and performers.  Here's our complete schedule of events. RELAY FOR LIFE 2013 -Daviess County

4pm- Western Ky Regional Blood Center Bloodmobile (accepting blood donations through 8pm.  WKRBC will donate $5 per pint donated to the American Cancer Society)

4pm-  Chainsaw Willy Loper (will be carving on-site from through 8pm and selling some of his chainsaw creations)

5pm-8pm-  Silent Auction (huge silent auction with all proceeds benefiting American Cancer Society and Relay For Life)

5:30pm-  The Covered Wagon Dancers (crowd warm-up)

6pm-  Opening ceremonies featuring Latasha Shemwell, Skylar Cain and our guest speakers Michelle and Jeff Jones and presentation of the 2013 Tough As Nells Award

6:15pm-  Survivor Ceremony (inside the Good Time Theatre)

7pm- Survivor Lap with Grand Marshal Hillary Thomas and Team Hillary

7:30pm- The Mr. Relay Pageant with special guests Miss Daviess County and Miss Teen Daviess County

8pm-  The Woodabenz (featuring Kevin Jones and Matt Gray)

8:45pm-  Chainsaw Willie's live auction

9:15pm-  Crowning of Mr. Relay w/ Stephanie Lauren Hicks and Alexandra Watts

9:30pm-  Luminary Ceremony with special guest Kennedy McCollam

10:30pm- The Fight Back Ceremony with Team Lap sponsored by UniFirst!

11pm-  Blackberry Jam

11:45pm-  Josh Merritt
