Florida Georgia Line’s Brian Kelley Sings with St. Jude Patient
Florida Georgia Line's Brian Kelley made a "No Mo' Chemo" party something special for a young St. Jude patient in Nashville. It was a celebration you just have to see!
The staff at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital have a tradition for patients who have successfully completed chemotherapy and achieved remission. They throw a "No Mo' Chemo" party to celebrate. The staff honors those patients with cake, confetti, and the "No Mo' Chemo" song. It's a beautiful reason to CELEBRATE as a family!
It was quite special at the "This Show Saves Lives Concert" in Nashville when Brian Kelley, from Florida Georgia Line welcomed ten-year-old St. Jude patient Ian, and his family to the stage. Everyone in the room celebrated and SANG. It was beautiful.
Here's the words to the St. Jude "No Mo' Chemo" song if you want to sing along.
"Our patients have the cutest s-m-i-l-e
Our patients have the sweetest h-e-a-r-t
While we love to see you every day
Now’s the time we get to say
Pack up your bags, get out the door
You don’t get chemo anymore!"
