I have never hit "Add to Cart" so fast in my life. And then I ran straight here to tell y'all about Funko Pop's new release because I know you'll love it too. I can't have it sell out before I get my hands on one! My friend Erin Grant, who graced the WBKR airwaves for many years, shared a post from the queen herself, Reba McEntire. Announcing this fun new collaboration.

Funko Pop has been making figures in its unique style for over 20 years now. You can find your favorite pop culture icons everywhere, from hobby stores to Walmart. As of 2023, the company had made over 15,000 different ones! Here's a brief history:

It's wild to see how much some of the rare collectibles go for online. Thousands of dollars for something that sits on the shelf. But, they bring so much joy! My child actually has a few he plays with. I have a few of favorites that have been gifted to me over the years. I actually gave my husband a custom Funko that looks just like him! It even has his cat, BeBe, as a sidekick.

Sometimes they come with accessories or details for die-hard fans to appreciate. Reba's Fancy Funko, of course, has her signature look from the music video, but she also has a little heart-shaped locket in her hand. We all know it says...." to thine own self be true!"

I learned that there are also two other versions of Funko Reba. Red Dress CMAs 1993 Reba and TV Show Reba. I'll have to be on the lookout for those, but I love Fancy Reba the best. Did you know it has been 35 years since this song came out? Never gets old. If you need a listen, here you go!
