Gift Ideas For Those Who Are Cold-Natured
I really dislike being cold. I think everyone in my entire family, no, make that my entire universe is hot-natured, warm-blooded, whatever. I'm currently wearing layers since our temperatures are finally bottoming out. I found a few neat heated items I could use now until March, maybe?
Oh yes, oh yes, a mug that not only keeps your hands warm, but it has a little pocket where your other hand can go! It is genius. However, this appears to only cater to those who predominantly right-handed. Oh well, I still think it's genius.
I bet you thought heat escaped from your head first, wrong! For me, it's my hands. Unless it is snowing, I almost always forget to wear gloves. This is a good gift for someone who works in an office with people who run the A/C even when it's below freezing outside. My only issue, does the USB cord overheat? I guess hands on fire are better than nothing.
Okay, this is where we start to wander into strange territory. I see something I used to wear when I did ballet. It's called a Keysock. My question, what about the top of your foot? Sometimes sacrifices must be made for fashion. If these socks came in an all-fleece option, I'm in.
Who cut off Chewbacca's feet and put a USB cord in them? These heated slippers look a little weird. Heated socks probably exist, but these look really comfortable and they would be a welcome item on cold morning linoleum.
Oh, I am cracking up, but I want it! It's a wearable, no lie, sleeping bag! Here's the thing though, I'm no spring chicken and when I do cover up a lot in the winter, I tend to break out in a cold sweat sometimes. I'm think I would only wear this and my unmentionables underneath. Let's give it another look.
Yaaas! I want it! Know someone else who is constantly cold? Show them this list!
