What’s Cookin’? Kentuckyaki Bang Bang Salmon Burger
We are a week and a half away from the most delicious time of the year. Owensboro Burger Week 2026 is gearing up to be the biggest yet. But what if you can't eat beef? There aren't too many options.
Our friends at Hillview Farms are sponsors of Burger Week, and several restaurants even use their beef patties for the competition. However, they empathize with folks who feel left out. So this morning, Jim Gilles brought in a delicious recipe for salmon burgers that are packed with flavor and won't make you miss the red meat at all.
