Thomas Rhett Reveals His Wife’s Top 3 Favorite Thomas Rhett Songs [Exclusive]
Thomas Rhett is ramping up a huge 2024 with the release of his brand-new song, "Beautiful as You." It's inspired by his wife, Lauren — and it's one of her favorites among his songs, he says.
Rhett is one of the biggest country stars out there today, with 20 No. 1 songs.
How can the wife of one of America's biggest country stars even choose just three of her favorite Thomas Rhett songs?
She can't, so Rhett himself told me, based off of her reactions and emotions and the ones she plays the most.
The singer revealed the details to us in an exclusive interview.
"Well, I mean, I think 'Die a Happy Man' would be 1 for sure," he says. "I think 'Look What God Gave Her' would be 2, and I'm hoping that 'Beautiful as You' tops, at least, 'Look What God Gave Her,' for her."
Rhett described to me what kind of songs Lauren likes in general.
"Man, my wife is a melody person," he states. "She loves to move and she loves to smile."
It's important to note the part about loving to smile, as her favorite song of Rhett's is "Die a Happy Man," which certainly is crafted around their beautiful relationship.
As far as her least favorite song of his, Rhett has told us in the past that it's "Make Me Wanna."
"She hated 'Make Me Wanna' with a passion. Still does," he admits. "Every year she asks me, 'Are you taking "Make Me Wanna" out of the setlist this year?' But it worked."
With the release of "Beautiful as You," there are also going to be more Rhett songs coming each month, up until the release of his next project sometime this year.
