Jon Brennan Makes Surprise Appearance Aboard Nashville’s General Jackson Showboat
Natasha Neely Henry of Owensboro grew up on stage at Goldie's Best Little Opryhouse in Kentucky. Since that time, she's moved to Nashville, graduated from Belmont University, interned at the Grand Ole Opry and has been performing on board the General Jackson Showboat in Nashville for a couple of seasons now. This week, she got a surprise visit from a former, fellow Goldie's cast member. Jon Brennan came to the General Jackson to see the show and, before long, Natasha talked him in to being part of it.
As you know, Jon Brennan became a household name thanks to his role on MTV's The Real World: Los Angeles. Though he doesn't perform full-time, he still has the chops and proved it this week aboard the General Jackson. Jon got up and performed "Boot Scootin' Boogie" for the audience! And he was in Nashville recording a special project. So, keep your ears tuned if you're a Jon Brennan fan.
Jon is currently the Pastor of Spiritual Development at Sozo Children in Birmingham, Alabama.
