Holiday World has a long-history of providing world class entertainment to its guests. Some cast members from the Santa Claus, Indiana amusement park's award-winning shows have gone on to incredible things on Broadway and in Hollywood.

For example, Chris Medlin, who back in 2013 starred in Holiday World's show 80s Rewind, landed a couple of gigs on Broadway, then went on to snag roles in the show Sweet Magnolias and the movie Mean Girls.

Now, another Holiday World alum has landed a big role on Broadway.

Kelsie Watts, who performed at Holiday World roughly a decade ago, is currently starring as Jane Seymour in Six: The Musical.

In case you're not familiar with the show, it's a scream! In Six, the former wives of Henry VIII transform from 'Tudor Queens into Pop Princesses.' Here's the trailer for the original Broadway production.

Now, Kelsie has taken over the role of Jane Seymour, who gets to sing the show's rafter-rattling power ballad "Heart of Stone." A couple of weeks ago, Kelsie shared a YouTube video of her belting the song.

Holiday World President and CEO Matt Eckert is a huge fan. He says, "Kelsie is beyond glorious. She was in our 80s show about 10 years ago. Sang some Madonna covers. So very sweet and humble. Love her!"

In addition to her Broadway cred, Kelsie has also been featured on two national TV talent shows. About nine years ago, she audition for American Idol by covering a song by Season One champion Kelly Clarkson.

She was also featured on Season 19 of NBC's The Voice.

In a full circle moment, Kelsie chose Kelly Clarkson as her coach and remained on Team Kelly until she was eliminated in the Knockout Round.
