Kentucky Woman Receives A Gift That Grew Into The Sweetest Little Treat [PHOTOS]

It is always nice to receive a gift from a friend.  Especially a gift that means more than meets the eye.  One Kentucky woman received a gift from a friend that turned out to be doubly "sweet".

DO YOU HAVE A GREEN THUMB?

Angel here and I do not have a green thumb.  I have always said if I took care of my children the way I take care of plants I wouldn't be allowed to have them!   Katie from Reid's Orchard requires I give her proof of life when I purchase hanging baskets, ferns, and mums from her because she knows my record.

I have always wanted to have a garden but it will probably never happen.  I did find a pretty awesome video that helps you learn how.  I just have to remember to water.

KENTUCKY WOMAN GROWS HER OWN PINEAPPLE

My dear friend from high school has always been a gal who loves to vacation.  She loves the beach and vacationing go cool spots.

She's a pretty cool gal who loves relaxing and all things tropical.   Three years ago a friend of hers gifted her a pretty sweet present and here's what her post said

THREE years and 3 pot sizes later, this little crown of a store-bought pineapple grew into this cute fruit. We harvested it tonight and it was delicious! Thank you for giving me this potted gift 3 years ago. It’s been so much fun watching it grow. #notaswinger#justapineapplefarmer
