In July of 2022, local event planning and rental company, Something Borrowed, introduced a digital photo booth named Pearl, and Owensboro events were forever changed. Anytime we spot Pearl at a wedding or fundraiser, we HAVE to stop and document the occasion. It's the perfect way to capture those memories.

Owner and total rock star, Summer Aldridge, shared with me that since opening, Something Borrowed has supported more than 900 events across the region. "The company has grown intentionally, expanding into professional wedding and event planning, stationery design and printing, and a curated inventory of more than 100 rental items. These range from audio guestbooks and tabletop pieces to large-scale statement installations like flower walls, a phone booth, a magazine box, styled drapery, and architectural arches."

If you follow them on social media, you know that they are always expanding the products and services they offer. They travel to conferences and stay on top of trends, offering the most up-to-date and exciting ways to elevate local events. Like their newest addition, LED Marquee.
