Lu-Ray Amphitheater Postpones Concert & Events Until 2021
The Central City Tourism Commission announced the postponement of many entertainment events, including the Rods & Ribs Festival, the Cruise-In in Downtown Central City, and more.
When it comes to concerts and other live events safety is so important amid the coronavirus pandemic. This is why in the interests of public health and safety, the Central City Tourism Commission has decided to postpone all planned concerts and events until 2021.
Dr. Freddie Mayes, Executive Director of Central City Tourism, said, “With so many unknowns as we look to the summer months, we felt the best decision was to postpone our events until next year. We have a fabulous lineup of concerts and events planned for Lu-Ray Amphitheater and Downtown Central City. We look forward to the day when we can safely gather again.”
