March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction Tonight

Tonight is a very special night in Owensboro.  The March of Dimes is hosting its annual Signature Chefs Auction and chefs from a variety of local restaurants will be on hand to serve up some delicious food and great auction items.

The March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction is being held at The RiverPark Center in downtown Owensboro.  This 2nd annual event celebrates and pays tribute to the culinary excellence of the top chefs in the area while raising money to prevent premature birth, birth defects and infant mortality.  The evening includes an exciting silent and live auction featuring culinary packages created by the chefs themselves, travel packages, and much more.

Kirk Kirkpatrick will be the Master of Ceremonies this evening . . . and yours truly will be the auctioneer!

And SO many restaurants will be on hand as well.  In fact, we have featured several on The WBKR Waking Crew the last two weeks: Famous Bistro, Pangea, Bill's, Bee Bops, The Cup Cakery, Starbucks and more.

Remember, the mission of the March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.  And, at this event, the key ingredient is YOU!  So, please!  Join us for the 2nd annual Signature Chefs Auction.
