Meet Evie.  She's energetic and ready to find her furever home.  Evie is our SPARKY Pet of the Week.

Evie is a 1-year-old terrier mix and weighs about 40 lbs. Evie is a local gal. She is the sweetest pup and loves to get in a workout each day.  She is very active.

Evie finds hanging with other dogs socially acceptable.  She is also working very diligently on her housetraining. Evie is spayed, up to date on her vaccines, and microchipped.

And just when we think we’ve heard and seen it all, we have not. We were contacted yesterday about this old gal. Evidently Cookie got her leg caught in a recliner at her home. By the time medical
treatment was sought, her leg had begun to die. Her leg and foot were black and there was no choice but to amputate. She is recovering nicely in the hospital but her treatment will be expensive. Anything you can give would be appreciated. Or donations can be made directly to Towne Square Animal Hospital at 270-685-1111. Dr. Cecil is in charge of her care. We are hopeful Cookie can go to a foster home on Monday. She may be short a leg but she has a larger than life personality! Please send good vibes her way for speedy healing. God Bless.
