Muhlenberg County Judge Executive Curtis McGehee has issued an executive order that will establish a curfew and prohibit congregating.

The order states that no person, regardless of age, will be allowed to be in public between 9PM and 5AM on any day of the week.

Also, there shall be no congregating in a group of 10 or more people in any place open to the public at large. The order goes on to say that this will not prevent unassociated persons from being in a place open to the public, like a grocery store.

The order will be in place for as long as Governor Andy Beshear's directives about social distancing are in place.
