Summertime is here and that means, for me, the menu changes and now reflects a switch to foods I usually only eat in the summer.

Obviously, there are foods I'll eat year-round--wings and burgers, for example, work 24/7/365.

But other foods only work for me in the summer because that's the time of year these foods are at their peak, in terms of flavor and texture.
