DCMS is located at 1415 E. Fourth St.

The meeting is sponsored in partnership with Audubon Area Community Services Inc. A free meal will be provided.

Those attending should take the following documents (as applicable):

  • W-2 forms
  • Tax returns
  • Health insurance cards
  • Pay stubs

The evening is designed to assist people with signing up for Kentucky’s Healthcare Connection – kynect.
