Owensboro Catholic High School Welcomes Back Jenny Beth Willis [AUDIO]

We all watched our hometown girl Jenny Beth Willis sing her heart out on American Idol over the past few weeks. And, we were all sad when she got sent home last week. This morning, she was set to return to the real world of a high school student at Owensboro Catholic High.

When the school contacted us about helping out her "Welcome Back" party, we were more than happy to join in the fun!

All of the students gathered in the gym to surprise Jenny Beth when she got back to school. With a little help from her sweet Momma, she had no clue what was going on! They presented her with roses and balloons and she was thrilled! When she walked into the gym, all of the students yelled, "Welcome back Jenny Beth!" As red as her pretty face was, I'd say she was surprised!

We are all SO proud of her and maybe, just maybe, she's gonna give American Idol a chance next year! Take a listen as I spoke with her this morning...
