Owensboro Police Department Hosting Annual Police Awareness Day Saturday

I love when the Owensboro Police Department hosts the annual Police Awareness Day.  I have taken my kids to this event for as long as I can remember.  It is such a great family event!Saturday, April 22, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., at the Owensboro Police Department.   They will conduct behind the scenes tours, and children's games and activities.  There will also be equipment displays for the following;  Emergency Response Team, K-9 Unit demos, Prescriptions Pill Drop Box, Local Area First Responders, and Hazardous Device Unit.

There will also be free food and drinks for everyone!
