Owensboro Public Schools Hosting Substitute Recruitment Event

Owensboro Public Schools are looking for new substitute teachers. Consequently, the school system has announced a special recruitment event set for next week.

According to OPS spokesperson Jared Revlett, the Substitute Recruitment event will take place Monday, December 3rd from 3pm to 4:30pm at the OPS's Central Office. They're recruiting substitutes for positions in teaching, food service and custodial services.

Participants will learn more about each position, wages, responsibilities and the application process during the event. This special event is FREE and open to the public.
