The iconic Bob Mackey's Music World is set to be demolished and rebuilt, but first you'll get a chance to bid on some really amazing memorabilia.

A music venue like none other, Bobby Mackey's in Northern Kentucky has been dubbed the most haunted in America. The building sits where a 19th-century slaughterhouse once was. It was torn down and replaced with The Primrose Club, a notorious mob hangout in the 1930s.

After several reincarnations of clubs, it became Bobby Mackey's Music World in 1978. Over the years, unexplained occurrences have led to paranormal investigations. Visitors have been scratched presumably by spirits that haunt the music venue. Folks hear growling noises, see things thrown across the room, and only go in the basement at their own risk. It's considered a gateway to hell. NO thank you!

Decades of real deal country music has been played in Bobby's Honky Tonk and it's time for an upgrade. They announced earlier this year that the current building will be demolished and a new one built in the same location. Before that can happen, the memorabilia that packs the place needs to be moved out. Some of it is actually going to be auctioned for fans who want to own a piece of the original venue.

Everything from neon and stage signs, to vintage arcade games, items from the most haunted areas of the club, and the iconic mechanical bull are up for auction. Fans of the venue feel bittersweet about the upcoming change, but this is a chance to keep a piece of the old place to remember it by.

The auction preview is available here now through August 15th when the actual auction occurs.
