If you have tried Brussels sprouts before and didn't really like them, you should give them another shot. Catherine Dowdy, from the UK Cooperative Extension Office in Owensboro, Kentucky joined WBKR-FM's weekly What's Cookin'? segment and served up a delicious adaptation of a recipe from Planeatmove.com. Look! Here's the truth about Brussels sprouts. While they may not taste all that great by themselves, they are a food that truly absorb the flavors they're cooked in. If you find the right combination of flavors, those sprouts can be really tasty.

Here's a a prime example. Check out this recipe for Not Your Grandma's Brussels Sprouts.
