Building on our popular Best Places to Work event, we’re excited to continue this program to highlight manufacturers that are striving to improve the lives of their team members. These companies embody the traits of a good employer, which starts with valuing and respecting workers.
Which Southern Indiana Companies Made the List?
A big shout-out and congratulations is in order for Crosspoint Polymer Technologies in Evansville, Kimball Electronics in Jasper, and Nix Companies in Poseyville.
The rest of the list includes companies from Goshen, Indianapolis, Lebanon, Muncie, Noblesville, Portland, Sharpsville, Syracuse, Tipton, Urbana, and Warsaw. All companies that participated in the 2023 program receive an in-depth evaluation identifying strengths and weaknesses according to their employees. In turn, this report can be used in developing or enhancing employee retention and recruitment programs.
While we know which companies made the list, we still don't know where they rank on the list. That information will be unveiled at the 2023 Best IN Manufacturing Awards Luncheon coming up on December 13 - that's also where the winner of the latest Coolest Thing Made in Indiana competition will also be announced.
