Star Wars: Hand Of The Empire Screening & Costume Contest

Are you a Star Wars fan? If so, you'll LOVE what's happening at the Daviess County Public Library this weekend! And, it's FREE.

Saturday, March 30th, 2019 from 6P-8P you'll get to see the feature film, Star Wars: Hand Of The Empire, at the Daviess County Public Library. The community is invited to attend. Be sure to dress up in your best Star Wars costume for the chance to win some great prizes! The Grand Prize will be the Star Wars: A New Hope Death Star Hologram Limited Edition Triple Vinyl, Box Set.

It's a FREE screening.

Unscripted: An Indie Film Experience brought enjoyment to our community, all month long at the library. They're closing things out with the screening of Star Wars: Hand Of The Empire, SO let's thank them by filling the room!

You'll get to meet Nathan Thomas Milliner and there's going to be a Q&A after the screening.

Star Wars: Hand Of The Empire, debuted in Louisville as a charity film for Norton's Children's Hospital, in the name of Phil Parks. Parks is a young man who loved film and who lost his battle with Brain Cancer in 2016. His bright spirit inspired a community to pursue the making of this film.

We're blessed the film is making it's way to Owensboro! This is a FREE event.
