Steel Magnolia’s Meghan Linsey Chooses Team Pharrell on ‘The Voice’ [VIDEO]

I wrote about Linsey auditioning on 'The Voice', now in this clip from Monday night's premiere, in case you missed it, here's what happened.

What?!? Okay, I can understand why Blake didn't turn around. One, Steel Magnolia did tour with him once, two, Linsey kind of sort of has some music out there right now, which begs the question, why is doing this show? Plus, Shelton doesn't want to play favorites. It should be noted Julie Roberts, whose single "Break Down Here" was a top 20 hit in 2004, great song by the way, she did NOT make it past the blind auditions two years ago.

I know a show like 'The Voice' can offer a second chance for most singers, but how much longer are we going to see a Meghan Linsey sneak through? I'm all for second chances, but it's a little misleading when an established artist makes it through round after round on this show. We'll see what happens!
