If you thought it was safe to stay in a cabin in the Smoky Mountains during the coronavirus outbreak, you may have to change your plans. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park is set to close for at least two weeks.

Angel here and I have returned from my delightful holiday vacation. Our family started a new tradition this year and we headed to the Smoky Mountains for Christmas. I wanted to give you all a tour of our cabin.

I had a list of things I wanted to do this time and one was to make a trip to the newly-opened location of Blake Shelton's Ole Red in Gatlinburg. Here's what happened.

The "Smoky Mountains Rise" Telethon put together by Dolly Parton in wake of the devastating fires in Sevier County, Tennessee is tonight at 7:00 p.m. CST.

Next stop, Dollywood! I know I'm nearly 38 years old, but I told my parents the next time we go to the Smokies, I want to go to the theme park again. You may recall plans for a Dollywood-themed water park fell through in Nashville, alas, the country legend has much bigger plans for her Pigeon Forge theme park.
