Tornado Touches Down in Franklin, Kentucky [Video]

While weather was relatively calm this afternoon in much of the tri-state, it certainly wasn't as predictable south of here.  An EF-2 tornado touched down in Logan and Simpson Counties and it was caught, briefly, on camera.  Check out the footage.
