Because once you get to Island, Kentucky you'll have no choice but to see the famed Dairy Freeze sign on the side of the road.

And, if you have never stopped there before, you absolutely must. In fact, if you have never stopped there before, you should make a special trip JUST to have something from the Island Dairy Freeze.

Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, on the menu is delectable.

And it's a menu that actually surprised me with the listing of a pizza burger...something I thought no longer existed, at least in its original form.
