Katie Bouchard is the reigning Miss Daviess County and will be representing the Daviess County Lions Club Fair in the pageant.  She won her crown and title of Miss Daviess County last July at The Hines Center and is ready to take on other county fair winners from around the state.  Katie is a student at Daviess County High School.

When she competes this weekend, she'll have a familiar face right alongside her.  Christina Boarman is a former Miss Teen Daviess County and the current Miss Marshall County.

Though Christina, a senior at Owensboro Catholic High School, still lives in Owensboro, some pageants on the fair circuit in Kentucky are "open."  That means ladies from outside counties can come to town to compete for the crown.  Not only did Christina compete for it, she claimed it and a spot in this weekend's pageant.

So good luck to Katie Bouchard and Christina Boarman as they compete for the title of Miss Kentucky County Fair!  And, ladies, know that Daviess County is proud of the fact that we have the two of you on the runway competing for the crown.  We know you'll represent us well and our fingers are crossed that one of you can claim the title!
