Webster County High School Lady Trojans Head to State Basketball Tournament [VIDEO]

The Lady Trojans are in the Sweet Sixteen for the first time in 20 years! We wish them the best of luck. They are on the road and ready to go!

The Trojans won the Region 2 Championship stamping their ticket to the State Tournament. A Mom called me today to let us know how excited the students, parents and fans are! All of us at WBKR are excited for the program too.

What: Webster Co. vs. Boyd Co.

When: Thursday, 5:30 p.m. CST

Where: BB&T Arena, Northern Kentucky University

Tickets: Advanced tickets available at Webster County High School for $11. Tickets at the gate are $14 and $19.

Earlier today they boarded the bus to NKU with, what I would suspect, is a lot of butterflies!

They couldn't leave town without a BIG send off!
