Hundreds of Softball Players Will Parade Through Friday After 5 in Owensboro
Last week, hundreds of youth baseball players were in town for USSSA 3 Up 3 Down Tournament and they marched through Friday After 5 in downtown Owensboro. This week, those baseball players are being replaced by hundreds of fast-pitch softball players! The parade festivities are hosted by WFIE’s Shaelie Clark, Tanner Holbrook & Byron Douglas.
Week #9 of Friday After 5 is going to be action-packed. In addition to a huge celebration of all the softball teams in town for the NSA World Series, there is terrific live music lined up on multiple stages. Here's a look at who's playing, where and when!

It's also the final night of open auditions for our annual talent contest, where the winner will snag $1000 and the right to headline the Ruoff Party Stage on Friday, September 2nd, the season finale of Friday After 5! Our 2022 event is sponsored by the Western Kentucky Regional Blood Center.

Ruoff Party Stage (8:30pm to 11:30pm)

Plus, No Governor will be playing the Romain Subaru Overlook Stage from 7pm to 9pm. There will also be live music at Lure and Karaoke at the VFW from 7:30pm to midnight.
