The 2025 season of Friday After 5 is set to come to a close Friday night in downtown Owensboro. The season finale will feature a country singer who, last year, captivated audiences on ABC's hit talent show, American Idol. It was 2024 that Will Moseley sang his way to the finale.

WHO IS WILL MOSELEY?

From the start of Season 22, it was clear that Moseley (who gave off serious Chris Stapleton vibes) had the chops to go the distance. Here's a look at his initial audition.

Moseley, who hails from Hazlehurst, Georgia, soared through that opening audition, made it through Hollywood Week, and eventually wowed the judges again during the Showstopper Round.

After earning his spot in the Top 24, Will took the Idol stage in Hawaii and paid tribute to an R&B classic by giving a superbly country twist.

It was during the Top 10 episode that Will returned to his country roots with a cover a classic Travis Tritt song.

He kept that trend going on the Top 8 episode when he did a cover of Johnny Cash's iconic "Folsom Prison Blues".

On the finale, Will performed three songs- "Good Book Bad", "It's My Life", and the Montgomery Gentry anthem "My Town".

When it was all said and done and the votes were cast and counted, Will finished as the season's runner-up. And, since the show, he's continued making a name for himself in country music and entertaining audiences around the U.S.

WILL MOSELEY HEADLINES FRIDAY AFTER 5

This Friday night, in downtown Owensboro, Will's going to gain a bunch more fans when he closes out this season of Friday After 5. He's headlining the main stage and will ultimately close the curtain on an outstanding 12-week season.
