Whitesville Elementary Wins WBKR’s My School Rules Contest [Video]

The students at Whitesville Elementary school learned some exciting news this morning.  Their principal, Tricia Murphy, informed the kids that they won WBKR's My School Rules contest.  Check out the big announcement.  The students were pumped!

Now that they've won the My School Rules grand prize, select students will get the opportunity to help determine how to best use the $1000 top prize.
